21+ Age Verification

Federal law prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under 21 years of age. Douchebag Cigars strictly enforces age verification for all orders.

  • All customers must confirm they are 21+ before accessing our website
  • Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery of all tobacco products
  • We reserve the right to request government-issued photo identification for age verification
  • Orders from customers under 21 will be refused and refunded

Shipping Regulations

Tobacco products are subject to strict federal and state shipping regulations:

Carrier Requirements

All tobacco shipments require Adult Signature Required (21+) service. FedEx does not allow tobacco shipments. We use UPS or USPS for all deliveries.

State Restrictions

We do not ship to states where tobacco sales are prohibited or heavily restricted. Customers in restricted states will have their orders refused.

Tax Compliance

All applicable state and local tobacco taxes are included in the purchase price. We comply with all tobacco tax reporting requirements.

Prohibited Sales

Douchebag Cigars will not sell to:

All Douchebag Cigars products include:

  • Batch number and production date
